Our tour will immerse you in a true oriental fairy tale, with traditional sweets, spices and a tea ceremony. At the beginning of the tour, we will walk along the picturesque streets of the Old town, where once khans, beks, merchants and traders walked. After a cakewalk, we will head to one of the national restaurants, where the chef will demonstrate you the process of making  Azeri dish - Qutabs. This is a very thin dough, shaped like a crescent moon, stuffed with greens, meat or pumpkin. They are prepared according to a special recipe and serve as an indispensable dish of Azerbaijani cuisine You will not only learn how it is prepared, but also  know a lot of different facts about the history of Azerbaijani cuisine in general. The culinary master class will end with traditional tea drinking ceremony in different variations of Azerbaijani tea.
