This is a small but neat park right behind the Icheri Sheher metro station or the Philharmonic. In the older days, when we were ruled by the Russian Tzar, this park was called The Governor's Garden - Gubernator Baghi, then in the Soviet period it was renamed after Pioneers (hmmm I wonder!)... and hopefully its current name will.....
